Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed, the sale is considered final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital advertising space, content visibility, and resource allocation, there will be no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges permitted for any service purchased.

2. Services Covered by the No Refund Policy

This policy applies universally to all current and future revenue streams and services, including:

A. Event Exhibitor and Advertising Payments (Current Revenue Stream)

Payments for brand exposure are non-refundable, as the digital space, visibility, and platform resources are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • •Sponsored Content & Featured Events: Fees paid for showcasing brands, events, or product launches on the platform.
  • •Virtual Booths/Showcases: Fees for dedicated digital exhibition space or company profiles within event sections.
  • •Listing Fees: Payments for including a brand's event or presence in any directory or listing.

B. Job Portal Payments (Future Revenue Stream)

Payments made for recruitment services are non-refundable, as the job listing is immediately posted and made visible to the targeted audience of architectural professionals. This includes:

  • •Single Job Postings: One-time fees for individual job advertisements.
  • •Job Package Deals: Fees for bundled job postings or extended visibility periods.
  • •Featured Job Posts: Additional fees paid for premium promotion or increased visibility.

3. Payment Processing Errors

In the event of a duplicate charge or an undisputed payment processing error caused by the SARWATRDESIGN NETWORK LLP system, the company will review the case. If a verifiable error is confirmed, the excess or erroneous charge will be refunded. This review process is solely for correcting system-based charging errors and does not apply to policy violations (e.g., attempting to cancel a service).

4. Policy Acceptance

By utilizing the services of www.architectsinindia.in and submitting payment, the Client/Payer acknowledges and irrevocably agrees to abide by this NO REFUND AND NO CANCELLATION Policy. SARWATRDESIGN NETWORK LLP strongly advises all clients to carefully review the service details, placement duration, and total cost before finalizing any payment.
