The short answer
Prepare a consistent image set, a short project statement and the credits, then submit through the programme’s own entry route before the deadline.
Most juries see only what you submit: a strong cover image, six to twelve consistent photographs, drawings that explain the design, and a statement covering brief, constraints and outcome. Credits and client permissions should be settled before submission.
On this platform, each programme has its own entry form and fee structure — GRAVITAS uses a nomination flow, and the photography award has a separate route. Submit early enough to fix image quality issues.
