The short answer
Usually design development, approval drawings and working drawings; site supervision, 3D views and interiors are often separate.
A standard architectural fee covers brief development, concept and schematic design, drawings for statutory approval and the working drawing set needed to build. Coordination with the structural consultant is commonly included in scope even when the consultant is billed separately.
Site supervision, 3D visualisation, interior design, landscape, tendering assistance and as-built documentation are frequently quoted as add-ons. The single most useful line in any proposal is the explicit list of exclusions.
